Single-origin coffees come from a single plantation, where it is possible to feel a well-defined character of the coffee. There are more acidic, more fruity, with notes of spices, etc. The final taste of the coffee infusion is determined by many factors. Firstly, the variety of the bean, then the terroir, the processing of the bean, and finally its roasting. As you can understand, each coffee is different from the other, you just have to discover which one you like the most!
