ROOIBOS APRICOT & GOJI
Rooibos tea with pieces of apricot, goji berries, blueberry, and cornflower. Great to make both hot and cold. For cold infusion, we recommend the Cold Brew method, or cold maceration.
How to do cold maceration?
Simple: just use 15g in 1 liter of cold water, you can put it directly in the fridge and let it macerate for 1-2 hours. Then taste it, if you think it’s ready, filter it and you can consume it!
