SUMMER ON A SOLITARY BEACH

-Fruit Herbal Tea-

A distant beach as we walk along the shore, a desolate beach, we decide to spend a different summer, because we need the contact of the sun and the sea, we decide to spend a summer on a solitary beach.

And with us we bring a herbal tea that will accompany us in our meditations, a herbal tea that lightens our spirit thanks to the presence of rose, that refreshes us thanks to the lemon and grapefruit peels, and sweetens our life thanks to the fig pieces.

A herbal tea that works great in cold brew, with just 5-10 minutes of infusion in room temperature water this herbal tea is already ready, to be taken to the beach with us.

Ingredients: Apple, pineapple (pineapple and sugar), coriander, verbena, dried figs, stevia, natural flavors, rose petals.

HOW TO PREPARE A COLD HERBAL TEA

For cold infusion (cold brew) we recommend putting 15-18g per liter in a carafe, pouring room temperature water over it and putting it in the fridge. After 5-10 minutes you can already try it and you will notice that the extraction has already taken place.
The longer you leave it to infuse, the more the water will extract flavor.

Alternatively, you can prepare it hot and then put it in the fridge.
