YOGI CHAI
-Organic spice infusion-
Classic blend of spices, excellent for warming the body and for the intake of minerals and trace elements present in its spices. It is ideal for boiling with milk and black tea in the Indian way. For black tea on this occasion, we recommend a Ceylon or an Assam.
Organic ingredients: black pepper, ginger, cinnamon, fennel, cloves.
Preparation of chai with milk and black tea: Boil 10 g of chai in a liter of water for about 30 minutes. Add 1/4 liter of milk and 6 g of black tea and let it infuse for another 3/5 minutes. Then filter and sweeten if desired with sugar or honey.
