PREPARATION FOR GREEN CAPPUCCINOS AND COLD SHAKES

Matcha power is a bomb! It combines maca, guarana, matcha, and spirulina.
It is ideal for those who need a good wake-up, in the morning or in the afternoon.
Matcha power contains caffeine (guarana and matcha) but does not cause the problems that coffee sometimes does (mainly tachycardia).
It produces a state of alert attention. Avoid taking it in the evening.
You can also use the preparation to add it to smoothies, shakes, and extracts. Just one and a half teaspoons are enough.

Great for making cold shakes!
To make a cold shake, just have cold plant or cow's milk (or at room temperature and then with the addition of ice), put a teaspoon and a half of Matcha Power preparation in the milk and shake. It can be drunk cold or used to create energizing hot cappuccinos of a beautiful green color.
